I’m  tickled pink at this meeting on Virtuoso.com using a recent customer. Honeymoons are not all we do, although our name is Your Honeymoonist. I love doing so; I have knowledge in my experience and it feels good to put this to use with clients!

People ask me how it works, and I don’t know to say.   Occasionally we work directly with partners, helping them with everything from selecting the ideal resort to moving over room-block and marriage contracts, and sourcing the greatest prices and extras by means of a number of channels (some not available to the general public). Other times, we work with leading wedding planners, handling all of the travel arrangements and extras for their weddings (including magnificent honeymoons, naturally!) . In any event, it is a stress-saver for the couple and planner, as guests come to us to book their reservations (and answer all of their traveling questions!) Instead of being handed off to some random hotel desk clerk somewhere.

We worked with the best  couple, Elise and Christian–two professionals from LA who tied the knot in April at Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos in Mexico. She explained it much better than I ever could:

“The entire process was easy,” says Elise, “from resort and wedding venue recommendations, pricing, booking a block of rooms, and finding perks for us — all the way up to coordinating guest journey and tracking everything. I never felt overwhelmed or concerned; Susan managed it all and made it a point to know what was important to us and our guests, and make sure that has been taken care of.”
